  1. Download the .sppkg

    Welcome email contains a fresh Athena .sppkg. Save it locally: you only need it once per tenant.

  2. Approve in your tenant app catalog

    Microsoft 365 admin centre → SharePoint app catalog → Upload → trust the request. Site collection app catalogs work too.

  3. Add the Athena Launcher webpart

    Any modern SharePoint page → edit → add 'Athena Launcher'. Enter your licence email above when prompted. You're live.
